Working procedure
Pragmatic and people orientated; I use a people-orientated approach for the project team and a pragmatic approach for the project itself.
I purposefully use my marketing knowledge and experience. The business is the customer and as a project manager, I know how to act upon that. With a keen eye for the context of the project and the market, I look further than just the scope of the project.
In short, I get involved in the customer’s problems and help to find and work out the answers by using a project-based approach.
Customers and friends consider my approach and personality to be enthusiastic, extrovert, eager to learn, reliable and to the point.
