Project management
As an experienced project manager, I am familiar with various sectors. My focus lies with projects on the intersection between the business and ICT sectors. Whether it concerns the implementation of or alterations to processes, products or systems, I am always able to achieve a successful result in close cooperation with the client. I not only know the theory, but also have both feet firmly planted in the real world.
Advice
I believe in clear analysis and advice. Thanks to my broad experience and thorough education, I am able to unravel often complex (project) environments. You can rely on me for help at any given moment in a project, from initialization to implementation, as well as for specific subjects, such as the project structure and project documentation or the methodology which is used. I give clear advice with your ultimate goal in mind.
Training
Training often forms part of my projects. I give the training myself and organize it from the set-up to the content and the evaluation. Examples include training specifically for users in my own project or training which is focused on parts of the project for fellow experts.
